Jennifer S. Byram’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law practice emphasizes Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Business Succession Planning. She focuses on helping people plan for, and manage, the business and legal consequences of incapacity and death.
Ms. Byram was raised in the Sierra Foothills, and graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley. She received her law degree from UC College of the Law, San Francisco, where she was Senior Executive Editor of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and Vice President of the Native American Law Students’ Association.
Prior to joining Coombs & Dunlap, LLP, Ms. Byram clerked in the Bankruptcy Court in Sacramento, and practiced corporate law in Silicon Valley, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Ms. Byram serves on the Boards of Directors of Napa Valley Community Foundation, Napa Humane/SPCA and Napa Valley Choral Association. She is a member of Leadership Napa Valley Class XX, California Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, The Napa County Bar Association and Napa County Women Lawyers.
When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, singing, and photography.
